AN INOVATIVE SOLUTION
In response to the specific needs of our Russian customer, our engineering department developed a simple yet innovative solution.
FEATURES OF THE SWIVEL LIGTING BEAM J HOOK
They designed a Swivel lifting Beam of 8 meters and 100t of lifting capacity by means of two 60t cranes and together with another hook J suspended from another crane, it is possible to lift tower sections of up to 200t.
The Swivel Lifting Beam J Hook has an integrated free rotation system of the J hook located at the bottom. The J hooks are a common application to move large ferrules or sections of wind turbine towers or similar by means of a unit at each end. In this case, the contact area is protected by bolted polyurethane plates that allow it to be easily replaced.
This supply complements a previous supply of several J hooks for tower sections and C-type hooks for the ferrules that will form the wind tower section. (wind turbine tower).
