An Essential Equipment for Moving Prefabricated Homes.
Our wide variety of
Types of Lifting Beams
The swivel feature allows the beam to rotate, which provides flexibility in positioning and aligning the prefabricated home. This is especially important for precise placement and maneuvering in tight or constrained spaces.

HANDLING PREFABRICATED HOME MODULES
At Ox & Rud, we have designed a swivel lifting beam capable of handling prefabricated home modules with a maximum capacity of 45 tons.
The beam features upper hooks that accommodate four crane hooks, each with capacities of 16 tons and 32 tons, providing exceptional stability.
It is equipped with a motorized turning system that allows for precise regulation, enabling secure mooring and balanced rotation around the center of gravity. This is further supported by a weighing system that includes 8 load cells with data transmission capabilities. The maximum distance between hooks is 16 x 6 meters.
ADVANTAGES OF A SWIVEL LIFTING BEAM
Even Weight Distribution: By using a swivel lifting beam, the weight of the prefabricated home is evenly distributed across the lifting equipment. This helps prevent damage to the structure during transportation and ensures a safer lifting process.
Enhanced Stability: The swivel mechanism helps in stabilizing the load during lifting and transportation. This reduces the risk of the home swaying or tilting, which is critical for maintaining the integrity of the structure and ensuring safety.
