CAPABILITY
There are different models with varying lengths and capacities of 10, 15, 24, 34, 50, 70, and 110 tons respectively and lengths from 2 meters to 10,6 or 10,8 meters depending on the model.
THE MOST VERSATILE LIFTING BEAM
The Multi lug Beams or multi-point beams are a versatile solution for hoisting loads of any longitudinal loadas it has multiple lifting configurations: both with a single pull from one point for reduced height or using a two-leg grab for greater balance, and even able to be used as a beam to add two cranes and enable the hoisting of loads that exceed the unit capacity of the cranes.
At the top: It can be used with a central hook for single-point situations with limited height or with a two leg sling if there is sufficient height, providing greater stability. It can even be used to combine two cranes to lift loads that exceed the individual capacity of the cranes.
At the bottom: It features a continuous pattern of holes that allows for adjusting the position of the load center with reasonable precision.
To do this you must simply move the lower hooks in the opposite direction of the deviation of the center of gravity, by finding out via trials.
Important detail: the maximum length of the lifting beam should be at least the distance between the hooking points + the maximum deviation of the center of gravity.

THE UPPER PART CONTAINER LIFTING BEAM
It can be used using a central hitch by one point for situations with reduced heights or using a two-leg grab if there is height and thus has greater stability. It can even be used to add two cranes to enable the hoisting of loads that exceed the unit capacity of individual cranes.
THE LOWER PART CONTAINER LIFTING BEAM
It has a continuous hole pattern that allows the position of the centre of the load to be adjusted with reasonable precision. Additionally, as it is a design oriented to the lifting of maritime containers, it has transverse and slightly higher lugs located at the width of the container, to allow the hooking and lifting of these through the use of four chains-cables with a hook specific for the part of the lower side (twist-lock container) to raise the container by the base.
