Most Economical Solution to Transport your Containers
Safety in the Lifting of Maritime Containers
The Container Lifting Beam or Multi Lug Beam for containers has been designed to facilitate the lifting of maritime containers type ISO-668, it’s valid for maritime containers of all sizes due to their lower hooks.
Features of Our Container Lifting Beam

THE UPPER PART
It can be used by means of a central hitch by one point for situations with reduced heights or by means of a two-leg grab if there is height and thus have greater stability. It can even be used to add two cranes to enable the hoisting of loads that exceed the unit capacity of individual cranes.
THE LOWER PART
It has a continuous hole pattern that allows the position of the center of the load to be adjusted with reasonable precision. Additionally, as it is a design oriented to the lifting of maritime containers, it has transverse and slightly higher lugs located at the width of the container, to allow the hooking and lifting of these through the use of four chains-cables with a hook specific for the part of the lower side (twistlock container) to raise the container by the base.
Versatile Container Lifting Solutions

LIFTING LOADS BY CRANE WITH MULTIPLE LIFTING CONFIGURATIONS
Versatility, both for lifting ISO-type shipping containers and for industry in general due to the additional solution for lifting any other longitudinal load intended for transport on a conventional truck bed and that can be lifted with oblique pulls or with two units.
Container lifting beam allows the center of the load to be adjusted both longitudinally and transversally by means of the accessories supplied together according to each need.
It incorporates a vacuum handling system using a forklift.
It has optionally accessory support legs.
Units available in stock except for sale with immediate delivery.

New Accessory
Support Legs of Container Spreader

The new accessories allow the support of the rocker. They are removable elements, interchangeable in any of the lower holes and that do not interfere with the normal functioning of the rocker.
New System
For Handling with a Forklift

With the new forklift blade housing system, the empty dipper can be handled more easily.
Information About Containers Lifting Beams
MATERIAL
The material we have used for container spreader is: S275 steel for beams and S355 steel for the rest of materials. We can design spreader beams in high elastic limit depending on the customer premises.
FINISH
The basic finishing of our container spreader consists of Sa 2.5 sandblasting according to ISO 8501-1 standards. One layer of zinc phosphate epoxy primer with a thickness of 50 microns and two layers of polyurethane enamel colour RAL 1028. Other grades on request.
