General Terms And Conditions Of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) of OX & RUD LIFTING SOLUTIONS, S.L. govern the contractual relationship between OX & RUD and its customers in connection with the offer, sale, design, manufacture, supply, repair, modification, inspection, recertification and provision of technical services for lifting equipment, load handling equipment and heavy machinery movement equipment.

These terms apply to all offers, orders, sales or services provided by OX & RUD, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Placing an order, accepting an offer or paying an invoice implies full and unreserved acceptance of the terms set out herein, which shall prevail over any purchasing conditions of the customer unless expressly agreed in writing.
